Minimum 2 years current Infusion experience-Required

The RN must have chemotherapy / immunotherapy provider card and recent experience with administering chemotherapy.

Ability to access medi ports - Required

Central Line experience - Required

Peripheral IV Insertion experience - Required

Chemotherapy / Biotherapy Infusion Certification

Certifications : ACLS (AHA),BLS (AHA)

NH state License required
