\nBachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from a college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.\n\n \n\nLicense :

\nLicensed to practice pharmacy in the State California\n\n  \n\nCertifications :

\nBLS / CPR Certification.
