The Electrical Project Manager plans, directs, and delivers the electrical scope for commercial / industrial projects in Indiana. The PM leads preconstruction through closeout, owning schedule, budget, quality, and safety, while coordinating field teams, vendors, and customers. This role requires previous hands-on experience as a commercial electrician, with a strong understanding of field installation, workflow, and trade-level problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans, track percent complete, costs, and cash flow.
• Lead submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, and material logistics.
• Coordinate with Superintendents / Foremen
• Interpret drawings / specifications, drive constructability, value engineering, and code compliance.
• Maintain client, GC, and trade-partner relationships, lead progress meetings and site walks.
• Ensure QA / QC, commissioning, and punch-list completion; manage closeout documentation.

Physical Demands

Occasional site visits. Ability to climb, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs., valid driver's license.
