Solar Construction Site Supervisor

Solar Source is seeking a Solar Construction Site Supervisor to lead a large-scale commercial solar installation project in Puerto Rico. This role involves overseeing construction activities, managing crews, coordinating equipment and materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include conducting safety briefings, assigning duties, monitoring progress, and performing specialized electrical tasks such as tie-ins. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial solar projects, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work in challenging outdoor conditions. This position pays $45-50 / hr based on experience.

Day to day :

• Oversee construction projects and rooftop solar installations
• Manage inspections and enforce quality standards
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks
• Assign duties and monitor progress
• Ensure completion of paperwork and compliance with regulations
• Perform specialized tasks : electrical tie ins, lifting materials to rooftops, etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Collaborate with other trades on-site
• Report issues to leadership and submit documentation
