Position Summary

This position is responsible for driving loader trucks to and from the plant and farms, while not driving, employees are live haul catchers for heavy tom turkeys.

Guarantee pay for 8 hours daily even for short days / opportunity for weekly attendance bonus as well as periodic retention bonuses and safe driving bonuses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently drive company trucks
• While not driving, follow job description as a catcher
• Other duties as assigned
• Must maintain an excellent attendance record
• Must follow all safety procedures and requirements
• Must be trained and follow all Animal Welfare policy guidelines and biosecurity measures.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and meet all VPGC Fleet Safety requirements
