Family and Community Medicine Academic PRN Faculty Physician Penn State Health - State College, PA

Penn State Health is currently seeking a PRN BC / BE academic faculty physician for our Family and Community Medicine residency program located in beautiful State College, PA (better known as Happy Valley) - home to Penn State University's main campus. This position is exclusively per diem precepting coverage.

The Penn State Health Family and Community Medicine Residency at Mount Nittany Medical Center trains residents to provide time-sensitive acute and chronic primary care that is comprehensive, compassionate, coordinated and high-quality. We provide a safe, cost-effective environment that is patient-centered for the entire community. This PRN position will precept, educate and train our family medicine residents.

Job Requirements

Medical degree - M.D., D.O. or foreign equivalent

Unrestricted PA medical license

Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency training program

Board certification / eligibility in Family Medicine

Experience in an academic setting preferred
