Job description

At Growthstream in Nashville, TN, we're not just hiring another Account Executive - we're inviting you to shape the future of leadership development.

You'll start as a 1099 contractor with a $70,000 base ($65,000 + $5,000 insurance stipend) plus uncapped commissions , offering the potential to earn $100,000-$120,000+ annually. After 90 days, you can transition to a full-time employee.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE :

You manage your pipeline like a pro, owning the entire sales cycle from first outreach to close. You craft precise lead lists in Apollo, launch smart outbound sequences, and connect meaningfully with prospects across calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Through consultative discovery, you uncover what clients truly need and show how Growthstream's C4 System™ solves their challenges. Every demo you deliver links our solutions to real outcomes - stronger leadership, clearer communication, and healthier teams. You navigate objections with ease, keep your HubSpot CRM spotless, and close deals that drive measurable results in account management and beyond.

BECOME OUR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE!

We're looking for someone ready to work 8 AM-5 PM, Monday through Friday, and who meets the following :

  • 2-5+ years of Business-to-Business full-cycle sales experience (SMB or mid-market)
  • Strong prospecting skills and willingness to own outbound activity
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and Apollo (or similar tools)
  • Excellent communication, questioning, and presentation skills
  • Natural drive and is highly motivated, organized, and self-directed
  • Values high-quality sales coaching and continuous skill development
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to adapt your message for both blue-collar and corporate buyers
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed quota
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience selling into HR, Ops, or People leaders
  • Experience in selling professional services, training, HR tech, or SaaS
  • Familiarity with leadership development, coaching, or people-skills training
  • A passion for helping organizations build healthier, more productive teams
