We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. You will work closely with the Accounting Manager and other Accounting team members to create a world-class finance function at Belvedere. The ideal candidate will have approximately one to two years of experience in public accounting and / or the trading industry, with a solid foundation in general accounting principles and financial operations. This role offers an opportunity to take full ownership of key accounting functions and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting processes. What you'll do

• Full ownership of Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, vendor management, purchase order management and AP inbox management.
• Lead month-end close responsibilities for one of our primary corporate entities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage and reconcile prepaids, ensuring proper amortization, expense allocations and documentation.
• Maintain fixed asset records, including capitalization and depreciation schedules.
• Administer corporate credit card program, including monthly journal entry, support for users, administrative responsibilities and reconciliation.
• Perform monthly invoice accruals, for all Belvedere entities.
• Assist with various journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Be a liaison from Accounting to the FP&A team, to improve reporting, resolve inquiries, and align financial record keeping to FP&A budgeting.
• Cross-Train to support other accounting functions, including brokerage and trading PnL.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy.
