Job Purpose
We need a customer friendly person who can multitask & enhance our productivity. Greeting customers, cutting keys & answering phones according to company guidelines. Unpacking items and replacing stock. Help establish re-order; completing annual inventory. Help dispatch board keep current. Issues parts and supplies by obtaining and filling requests, to facilitate locksmith techs job orders. Minor weekly cleaning. Some product knowledge for walk in customers and phone work. Various duties as qualifications dictate.
Skills / Qualifications
Most are teachable. Able to multitask & work productively without supervision, Teachable and able to learn new things, Product Knowledge, Organization, Customer Service, Self-Motivated, Some use of hand tools, Computer programs like Excel, Word, cash register use.
