McMillen, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Senior Marketing Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of marketing proposal experience. Candidates must have a bachelor’s in marketing, business, journalism, PR, communications or English and possess a strong desire to grow both personally and professionally with each marketing effort. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will work closely with business development, marketing, operations, and senior management in the development of high quality, professional and consistent proposals, presentations and other marketing-related documents for engineering and construction projects.

Responsibilities :

• Proposal Development :

Assist in the creation, formatting, and design of proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQs), and presentations.

Design marketing materials, infographics, and project visuals for proposals, social media, and campaigns.

Support conference and event campaigns.
