About the Role : We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You’ll be the face of the company in the field, providing reliable solutions and ensuring every customer receives professional, high-quality service. The ideal candidate is experienced, efficient, and committed to delivering comfort and satisfaction with every visit.

About the Company : Founded in 2006, Cool Air Solutions is a family-owned HVAC and plumbing company based in Murrieta, CA. We specialize in delivering total indoor comfort to residential and commercial clients across Riverside, Orange, and San Diego Counties. We are committed to providing top-tier service with a focus on energy efficiency and customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on our old-school work ethic, clear communication, and dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify the root cause of malfunctions and recommend effective solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and identify potential problems after they escalate.
• Install, repair, or replace components, such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules, prioritize service calls, and efficiently complete assignments.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, explaining repair options, and providing recommendations for system improvements.
• Accurately document service activities, including equipment status, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge.
