Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE :
Coordinate activities related to the planning in the maintenance and engineering department. Assist engineering and maintenance staff in the various tasks. Lead the autonomous maintenance activities.

Accounting System
- Work with Accounting System : create purchase orders.
- Resolve any invoice issues.
Inventory
Check shortage of materials, equipment and stock in current inventory.Monitor the inventory of materials, equipment and stocks.Evaluate and inventory industrial installations.Conduct studies and set up programs designed to keep inventories at optimum level for production and allow optimal use of machinery, materials and resources.Compiles inventory reports, record quantity, nature and value of materials, equipment and inventory available.Prepare orders to restock reserves of materials, equipment and stocks.Look after stock rotation, draw up the list of obsolete stock and eliminate it.Planning / Analysis
Computerize asset information and data.Work on project and fixed-asset capitalization.Involve in analysis of critical plant parts.In collaboration with production departments, find table period to schedule maintenance.Create work orders and inspection sheets for Maintenance.Miscellaneous office work (type, file, etc.)Schedule vacation for Boiler Room and Maintenance employees.Comply with all standards and requirements for SQF, food safety regulations and corporate requirements.Autonomous
Maintenance
Implement and manage the autonomous maintenance activities.Establish financial drivers and KPI to drive Reliability Centered Maintenance.Provide leadership to the Maintenance department and establish Maintenance autonomous strategySupport the Work Teams development through the Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) pillars and through mentoring of teams.Develop and improve computerized programs / tools to increase machine reliability and performance.Develop training manuals for performing Preventive Maintenance (PM) on equipment.Provide training to the organization on maintenance best practices, TPM, RCM, root cause analysis tools, etc.Human Resources

A COMBINATION OF THE LISTED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE IS PREFERRED A
3-5 years’ experience in project / program management3-5 years’ experience in maintenance planningCollege diploma in administration or related field (or related experience)3-5 years’ experience in autonomous maintenance and total preventative maintenance implementationAdvanced knowledge of Word / computer programs.Ability to maintain composure in stressful situationsGood communication and organizational skillsWORKING CONDITIONS
