Trinity Staffing Group is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel job in Hood River, Oregon.

Long Term Care Facility Ratios 1 : 25-30

Charting = PCC. For nurses, please make sure that they understand, in the event of a call in and they go down to 3 nurses in the building, they must be ok helping where needed with wound care, Insulin, etc. There should be a CMA there to help with meds from 6a- 10pm, Morning meds are the nurses responsibility. Very minimal night shift meds. They have a full time admissions nurse and 99% of the admits happen during the day.
