Maui Brewing Company Kaʻanapali is looking to grow our BOH team with experienced Line Cooks. As a vital part of our restaurant, the ideal candidate will be someone who is friendly, reliable, quick, organized, and able to follow safety and sanitation standards.

Pay Rate :

$25–$30 per hour (depending on experience)

Early access to wages through DailyPay

All kitchen team members receive tips (service fee – 2% of all food sales) added to their paycheck

Additional $1–$4 per hour in tips, depending on shift and sales

$500 sign-on bonus after 90 days (details provided during interview)

Shift Details :

Breakfast / Lunch prep and service : 5 : 30am – 1 : 30pm

Minimum of three shifts per week required

Three paid training days

Kitchen tips provided in addition to hourly wages
