Administrative Support For Regional Data Integrity Center
Provide administrative support to assist the Regional Data Integrity Center in executing daily activities to achieve department goals / objectives. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Develop / maintain strong working relationships with division retail stores and General Office merchandising departments
- Provide assistance in handling adverse situations, such as team member and customer disagreements, to effectively complete the job at hand
- Promote a strong team building atmosphere
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely support and data entry assistance to issues involving pricing, store support, scale management, and shelf tags
- Create and maintain support for the intranet News & Notes articles
- Provide support by resolving issues and answering Bi-ways submitted by store associates
- Provide point of sale (POS) troubleshooting, overrides, and user support
- Request, test, and approve fixes / enhancement via user accepted testing (UAT)
- Resolve store pricing, scale, and shelf tag data integrity issues
