Job Title : Incentive Administration Manager
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Incentive Administration Manager to lead the end-to-end management of employee incentive programs. In this role, you'll ensure incentives are calculated accurately, communicated clearly, and paid out on time, all while maintaining compliance and transparency. You'll partner closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Payroll teams to keep incentive processes running smoothly and fairly.
What You'll Do
- Administer monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive programs, including thresholds, accelerators, SPIFFs, and special deal adjustments.
- Consolidate, validate, and analyze data from Salesforce, Workday, and financial systems.
- Facilitate cross-functional reviews to resolve disputes and maintain compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and audits.
- Generate and distribute incentive statements and performance summaries.
- Submit payroll files and ensure timely payout of incentives.
- Maintain thorough audit trails and continuously improve incentive administration processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for incentive-related questions and escalations.
What You'll Bring
