Job descriptionSupervise a team, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business development. Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals, especially in financial services sectors like hedge funds and private equity. Possess knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities. Engage directly with clients for tax planning, consulting, and compliance. Review complex tax returns and maintain communication with clients. Cultivate relationships with clients, staff, and external vendors. Provide training and supervise staff, reviewing their work. Travel locally as needed. Expand client base through networking and seminars. Stay updated on tax law changes and apply knowledge proactively. Collaborate with tax professionals within the firm for efficient service delivery. Ensure developmental goals are met by self and team members. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field. 8+ years of tax compliance experience, specializing in individual, fiduciary, estate, and gift taxation. Recent public accounting experience. CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification. Master’s Degree in Taxation or relevant field. Experience with GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software.

Position Overview
EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple client engagements, demonstrate proficiency in business development, marketing, and recruitment, and possess strong leadership skills to foster professional growth within our staff. This position offers flexible office location options within our hybrid working model.
