The HR Talent Acquisition Intern supports Human Resources and hiring teams in coordinating and executing recruitment activities. This role offers hands-on experience in job posting, applicant screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder communication within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Act as a primary point of contact for communication with Owners, Owner’s Project Managers (OPMs), and Design Team members.
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including drafting, posting, and maintaining job requisitions.
- Review and screen applicants to identify qualified candidates in alignment with job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
- Maintain and update data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate on drafting and refining job descriptions and employment postings.
- Track and monitor employee career development activities in coordination with supervisors.
- Prepare recruitment-related metrics and reports to support process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in employer branding efforts and assist with campus recruiting or career events when applicable.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR team as needed.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; coursework in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture is a plus.Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition and / or the A / E / C (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases, or willing to learn.Strong analytical skills to support candidate engagement and recruitment process improvements.
