  • FP&A Specialist :
  • The Sr.
  • FP&A Specialist reports to the CFO and plays a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on supporting M&A integration initiatives.
  • This position partners closely with leadership across Finance, Operations, and Strategy to provide actionable insights, ensure seamless post-acquisition integration, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Financial Planning & Budgeting Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with operational and strategic goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance and trend analysis.
  • Track key financial metrics and performance indicators to support data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate different business scenarios.
  • M&A Integration Support Partner with Corporate Development, Accounting, and Operations teams to integrate newly acquired businesses into financial planning and reporting frameworks.
  • Analyse post-acquisition performance and identify synergies, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Support due diligence and financial modelling efforts for potential acquisitions as needed.
  • Process & Systems Improvement Enhance financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial planning systems and tools.

  • Compensation :

  • Compensation will be commensurate with experience and includes both bonus and equity components.
  • Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
  • Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related areas, preferably with exposure to M&A transactions or post-acquisition integration.
  • Skills :

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion).
  • Exceptional communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
