Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Orlando, FL . Interested?

Here's what you'd do :

• Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for Information Technology (IT) hardware or software.
• Basic technical certification, hardware repair, component-level knowledge, operating systems (Windows, Unix / Linux, application knowledge, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Install and configure network devices (i.e., network printers, scanners, plotters, Personal Computers (PCs), etc.).
• Troubleshoot problems with network printing and scanning devices. Perform data termination / activation in telecommunication closets, also known as network connections (activation of data drops).
• Assist in the relocation of customer employees to the facility (move Personal Computers (PCs) and activate data drops in the new location).
• Troubleshoot network issues with Personal Computers (PCs) and Local Area Network (LAN) (duplex mismatches, duplicate IPs, corrupt firewall software, proxy configuration issues, etc.).
• Demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Set up and configure Personal Computers (PCs).

Here's what you'll get :

Pay : $19.35 / hr.

Hours : 4x10 Monday-Thursday.

Length : Contract (12m+ with opportunity of extension).
