• About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented

• Electronic / Mechanical Assembler
• to join our team in Fort Collins. This role involves hands-on assembly, repair, and testing of electronic and mechanical components. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, precision, and a commitment to quality.
• Key Responsibilities
• Perform mechanical repairs and assembly operations on RMA units
• Operate torque drivers, soldering irons, hand tools, hydraulic presses, ovens, lifting systems, and chemical baths
• Accurately document repair activities, test results, and inspection findings
• Perform First Article and incoming inspection of PCBA and machined parts (preferred)
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized workspace
• Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience in electro / mechanical assembly
• Strong soldering skills (preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP systems and computer applications
• Knowledge of First Article inspection and incoming inspection practices a plus
