- Must have current Oregon license

- Monday through Friday, 9 hour shifts configured as below, but flexible
- 07 : 30-12 : 00 Paid Clinic- 4 patients / hour
12 : 00-12 : 30 Lunch unpaid
12 : 30-01 : 00 Paid Admin Time
01 : 00-04 : 00 Paid Clinic- 4 patients / hour
04 : 00-05 : 00 Paid Admin
