Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruitment, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
Collaborate with sales leadership and stakeholders to develop recruiting strategies and provide market insights
Analyze recruiting data to guide executive decisions and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dynamic GTM recruiting environment
Proven track record of success in talent acquisition and managing multiple requisitions
Experience in high-tech or fast-paced environments is preferred
BA / BS degree level education is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to adapt to strategic levels while maintaining attention to detail
