Job descriptionNow Hiring : Professional OTR Truck Drivers SAP Friendly Join Our Team – Drive with Confidence, Earn with Pride! Why Drive With Us? Modern Fleet : Drive 2023+ Freightliner Cascadias, Volvos, or Peterbilts—all equipped with inverters, refrigerators, APUs / bunk heaters, and outward-facing cameras. Steady Miles : Average 2,500+ miles / week (550+ miles / day) with 100% drop & hook, no-touch freight Competitive Pay : $0.60 CPM (all miles paid, empty & loaded) for solo drivers; $0.80 CPM split for teams. Home Time : 2 weeks out / 2 days home or 3 weeks out / 3 days home —truck can be taken home! Bonus : $50 extra for working holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Annual Pay Reviews : Your hard work is rewarded with regular pay increases. Position Details Driver Types : Company, Pre-Made Teams, Owner Operator Run Type : OTR (Eastern half of the US, east of I-35) Freight : 70% dedicated, 30% spot market (dry van only) Equipment : Automatic transmissions, governed at 65-67 mph Home Time Policy : Truck can be taken home; safe parking required Pre-Qualifications
To ensure safety and reliability, all applicants must meet the following criteria :
- Experience & Age
- Minimum Age :
- 23 years
- Experience :
- 18+ months OTR / Regional tractor-trailer (53’ trailer) in the last 3 years
- Driving Record
- Moving Violations :
- Max 4 in 36 months; no more than 2 in the last 12 months
- Major Violations :
- No hit & run, leaving the scene, or failure to report an accident in the last 36 months
- Speeding :
- No excessive speeding (15+ mph over limit) in the last 36 months
- Accidents :
- No preventable accidents with fatalities / injuries in the last 3 years; no accidents (sideswipes, overturns, rear-end, jackknife, run-off-road, overhead strikes) in the last 6 months
- License & Employment
- License :
- No current suspensions / revocations; valid Med card required
- Employment History :
- No more than 6 jobs in the last year; all unemployment gaps must be explained
- Terminations :
- Multiple terminations may disqualify; each case reviewed individually
- Criminal & DUI / DWI
- Criminal Convictions : Will be reviewd
- DUI / DWI :
- None in the last 7 years
- SAP Program Requirements
- All follow-up and testing plans must be FULLY COMPLETED before submission.
- Neuropulse completion required for PSP violation disqualification consideration.
- More than 3 unsafe violations on PSP requires VP of Safety approval.
