Top skills needed : Coupa heavy and will need to optimize Coupa, especially in supplier onboarding, sourcing, and contractor risks. Also need to have a strong procurement process w / mapping and change management.

Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Coupa Sourcing Specialist to lead the evaluation and enhancement of our current use of the Coupa platform. This role will focus on optimizing work related to supplier onboarding, RFP management, contract lifecycle, and risk review. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in implementing and improving Coupa systems and will be responsible for recommending improvements, executing changes, and training internal stakeholders.

Experience / Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Supply Chain and / or IT Support roles.
• Coupa certifications or formal training.
• Experience with procurement transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with compliance and risk frameworks in supplier managementExperience in a process-focused role is a plus. This could include procurement operations / sourcing, systems management, IT or consulting.
