The pay range is $131000.00 - $236000.00

Overview :

The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in supporting the SVP of Product Design & Packaging providing strategic advisory leadership coordination and driving alignment across key partners to ensure the successful execution of key initiatives within Owned Brands. This role requires a proactive strategic thinker who can drive the near-term execution and long-term direction of Product Design & Packaging by defining and driving the strategic agenda.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Advisory

• Act as a key advisor to the SVP of Product Design & Packaging providing insights and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• In collaboration with the SVP shape the near-term execution and long-term direction of Owned Brands specifically for Product Design & Packaging by defining and driving the strategic goals for Product Design & Packaging.

About you :

This position will operate as a Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
