About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced SEO Account Manager to own strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-profile clients. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact, translating SEO insights into business impact, and driving measurable growth across organic search.
Responsibilities
- Lead SEO strategy for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and execution.
- Build and manage monthly / quarterly client SEO roadmaps.
- Deliver polished, data-driven reports and agendas.
- Translate reporting into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay ahead of SEO industry changes and educate clients on implications.
- Perform technical SEO audits for active clients and new business.
- Support senior management on key initiatives as needed.
Requirements
4+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).Proven track record of growing organic search performance.Strong technical SEO skills (robots.txt, metadata, site speed, indexing, schema, etc.).Familiarity with HTML / CSS / JS (working knowledge a plus).Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).Strong content strategy and link building background.Skilled in GA, GSC, GTM, and reporting platforms.Google Analytics certification preferred.Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.Excellent communication and presentation skills, including client-facing decks.1+ year client-facing account management experience.Education
