Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)

Available Shifts : 10 D

Pay Rate : $1960.45 - $2148.15

This is a 50 / 50 split inpatient and outpatient Physical Therapy position at Rumford hospital

Must Have Skills / Experience : : Outpatient, Home Exercise Programs, Lifting and Transfer, Safety and Injury Prevention, Billing, Orthopedics, Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Long Term Goals, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Short Term Goals, Time Management.

EHR : Cerner

Patient Ratios : Daily Patient Load : 10

Additional Notes : No Blocked Scheduling | This is an Inpatient / Outpatient Flex PT position that is primarily Outpatient with inpatient cross training provided. Unit will accept a candidate with Maine PT license pending.

  • Shift : 7 : 00AM – 5 : 30PM (Monday - Thursday 4x10 07 : 00-17 : 30)
  • Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 40
  • Weekend Hours : None
  • Call Requirements : None
  • Required Certifications : BLS & Maine License
  • Years of Experience : 1-2
  • Float Requirements : None

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Rehab

Experience : 1 year

PT-ME

Certifications : BLS-AHA

Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Experience : 1 year

PT-ME

Certifications : BLS-AHA

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

References : 2 References in entire work history
