Project Engineer Lead

Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a growing civil engineering firm that is hiring for a Project Engineer Lead to support diverse regional land development projects. Responsibilities :

• Lead and contribute to civil site and land development projects, including design, permitting, and construction observation for residential, commercial, and municipal developments.
• Create detailed design plans and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Perform calculations and technical design work related to stormwater management, drainage systems, water distribution, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and design staff.
• Review engineering documents, drawings, and calculations for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, contractors, and review agencies throughout all project phases.
