A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Senior Python Backend Developer .

Position type : Contract

Duration : 18 Months

Location : NYC (Hybrid)

Job Description :

Senior Python Backend Developer

We are looking for a strong Core Python Backend Developer . This role is focused on building and maintaining high-performance backend systems , not data engineering or analytics pipelines.

Experience

5–15 years of overall Python software development experience
Background in top-tier product or financial services companies preferred.

Required Skills

Expert-level Python (core backend development) Object-oriented design, data structures, multithreading / multiprocessing Performance optimization and memory management Writing clean, testable, production-grade code

Experience building backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems

Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and low-latency processing

Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL) from an application developer’s perspective

Domain Experience(Nice to Have)

Banking experience is a plus

Prior experience in trade surveillance, compliance, capital markets, or risk systems is an advantage

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range

: $65 / hr - $75 / hr on W2.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
