Key Responsibilities
Identifies training needs and conducts specialized training for staff and community organizations
Reviews casework, provides guidance, and monitors performance of staff
Evaluates existing policies and procedures, suggesting improvements for program delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant professional experience in social services or related fields
Graduate coursework may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis, up to two years
Additional professional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis, up to four years
Experience equivalent to three years in human services work as a state employee or contractor
Must complete a criminal history disclosure and provide fingerprint samples
