Job descriptionParticipate in and consult on complex initiatives within Digital Product Management, contributing to large-scale planning and execution. Analyze and resolve moderately complex Digital Product Management challenges, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Collaborate with client personnel and partner with the ExDO product team to deliver prioritized work, including design, build, and testing of new product capabilities. Lead teams with an agile, modern engineering mindset, focusing on digital innovation from ideation to market launch. Establish holistic product frameworks, routines, and communication strategies to meet agile methodology and change management standards. Maintain open communication about capacity, impediments, progress, and learnings to foster continuous improvement. Support troubleshooting of technical and data issues, ensuring swift escalation and resolution. Keep teams informed about policy and standard changes to ensure compliance and risk awareness. Provide insights on external impacts to support ongoing product improvement.
