Conversion Crew

Participate in all aspects of the conversion process in preparation for events including setting up and tearing down flooring, concerts, retractable and portable seating, stage barricades, staging, tables, other furnishings, and equipment.

Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods at a time,

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds or more on a frequent basis, as well as sit, walk, bend, kneel, climb, grasp, stretch, stoop, and reach above head in conjunction with conversion tasks.

Ability to follow oral and written instructions to perform job functions and demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to work under pressure, in time sensitive operations, in a safe and effective manner.

Follow all policies / procedures, risk management, safety precautions, rules, regulations, and emergency procedures.

Ability to remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
