As the Director of Nursing ( DON ) , you’ll oversee all aspects of nursing services, including :

• Staff management
• Regulatory compliance, quality improvement and interdisciplinary coordination
• Resident care initiatives
• Maintaining high standards of care and may assume administrative duties in the absence of the Administrator.
