Entry-level applicants will begin with a $30,000 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional compensation during their first year.

Experienced applicants can make up to $ 50,000 as a base salary and top performers earned an additional $80,000 in commission last year. Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Requirements

Sales Experience or a client-facing background is preferred

Proven track record of winning

Excellent communication skills : written, verbal and listening

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Create relationships from a cold start.
