Job descriptionBoard Certification Requirement : Yes, board certification in Pediatrics - Gastroenterology is required. Fellowship : Fellowship training is preferred. Minimum Board Certification : Certified, with the following certifications required. License Requirement : Physicians must be licensed in Alaska only. Certification Requirements : PALS : Yes Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 90-145 days Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call The site is seeking to add a couple of locums to be on contract for coverage of vacation and to assist with call coverage. While no specific dates are scheduled at this time, approximately 10 days of call coverage per month are anticipated. The coverage includes 24-hour call during scheduled periods, including scheduled clinic hours and covering hospital consults and EMTALA call.
