Work Experience :

Evaluates, selects, performs and / or directs assistance in educational, vocational and recreational activities designed to restore maximum function to physically and / or mentally disabled patients, upon physician’s referral.

Works with family and health team members regarding patient’s abilities and goals

Education :

Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association

License :

Must have necessary requisites for licensure as a Occupational Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health. Current CPR certification required

Certifications :

BLS / CPR Certification.
