Email Marketing Project Manager

A company is looking for an Email Marketing Operations Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Healthcare Professional CRM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day execution of complex HCP CRM and email marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless and on-time delivery

Serve as a client-facing partner documenting campaign strategy, deployments, and performance while collaborating across marketing, analytics, and regulatory teams

Oversee end-to-end campaign workflow including requirements gathering, scheduling, deployment, QA, and post-launch optimization

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree

3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing campaign operations with agency experience required

Strong understanding of campaign analytics and performance metrics

Demonstrated project management experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with CRM and marketing platforms such as Marketo; experience with Salesforce and Power BI is a plus
