Position Title : Quality Control Auditor – Mortgage Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Control Auditor to conduct post-closing and targeted loan file reviews in strict alignment with our written Quality Control Plan. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in residential mortgage quality control auditing , particularly within the non-delegated correspondent lending channel, and possess deep expertise in current regulatory, investor, and agency guidelines .

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform comprehensive post-closing and targeted loan audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal Quality Control Plan and external regulatory standards.
• Apply audit sampling methodologies including random, targeted, and full reviews (e.g., EPDs, suspected fraud).
• Prepare defect rate analyses and communicate findings with corrective action recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve audit findings and improve processes.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for audit activities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00 / yr.
