Job Description : As the Aquatics Manager at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and success of our swim programs. You will oversee all aspects of aquatics operations, including staff management, curriculum development, and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities : Staff Management :

Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of swim instructors.

• Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for classes and open swim sessions.

Curriculum Development :

Collaborate with the instructional team to design and update swim lesson curriculum based on industry best practices and safety standards.

Safety and Compliance :

Maintain a safe and clean aquatic environment by enforcing all safety protocols and regulations.

Customer Service :

Interact with parents and students to address any questions, concerns, or feedback regarding swim programs.

Administrative Tasks :

Maintain accurate records of attendance, enrollment, and staff certifications.
