• Clinical Therapist position
• in our growing group practice, specializing in working with adults, who mostly present with some trauma history, but we also treat all conditions common to a general outpatient private practice (Mood disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Grief, Relationship conflicts, parenting issues, etc).
• Position Details
• Schedule
• In office : Tues 9am-8pm; Wed 1pm-8pm, Thur 9am-2pm, Sat 9am-4pm
• Part Time : Must maintain a minimum of 20 client session hours a week.
• Option to build up to a Full Time after maintaining a minimum of 30 client sessions / week.
• Compensation
• Fully Licensed Therapists : Starting at $52 / hr session (Billing code 90837) (Fee for service).
• Administrative pay $25 / hr
• Bonus opportunities for exceeding minimum session productivity requirements.

• Position Requirements
• Active,
• unrestricted independent license
• (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or Associate License, with eligibility for insurance credentialing.
• EMDR training (or willingness to complete training and certification upon hire).
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and strong understanding of insurance requirements to meet medical necessity and continuing care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities relevant to adult populations.
• Experience with or openness to working with an adult client base.
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
