About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Welder & Shop Technician to join our growing Manufacturing team. This role is based out of our manufacturing plant in York, PA and reports to the Operations leadership. Candidates for this role must be self-starters and willing to work overtime (long days and / or weekends) as necessary. Previous electrical, crane fabrication, and maintenance / mechanical experience is a plus. Previous industrial fabrication experience is required, the ideal candidate for this role is a certified structural welder.

• Hourly Rate : $27–$37 / hr
• Guaranteed 40 Hours / Week + Overtime After 8 Hours / Day
