With a keen eye on strategic resource management, the Director develops and administers departmental budgets to ensure operational excellence. As a passionate advocate for the library\'s mission and services, the Director builds strong relationships with campus leadership and stakeholders, championing the library\'s essential role in academic success. They coordinate and deliver robust reference services both in-person and online, supporting research and learning across disciplines. Through thoughtful planning and continuous assessment, the Director drives the development of innovative research support services and information resources. By partnering with faculty, academic departments, and student support teams, they help elevate learning outcomes and ensure the library remains a vital, evolving hub of intellectual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide library professionals, overseeing staffing, recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources to ensure operational excellence.
• Build relationships with campus leadership and stakeholders to champion the library\'s role in academic success.
• Coordinate and deliver reference services (in-person and online) to support research and learning across disciplines.
• Plan and assess services, driving the development of innovative research support and information resources.
• Collaborate with faculty, academic departments, and student support teams to elevate learning outcomes.

Qualifications
