This individual will oversee all phases of construction—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead full project lifecycle execution for major high-rise builds (planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor management).
• Drive internal and external coordination across owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Oversee project schedules, financial reporting, and progress tracking to maintain cost and timeline compliance.
• Manage risk, change orders, and contract administration.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to project engineers, assistant PMs, and field teams.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance standards are upheld at all times.
