Your Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and provide speech / language pathology services to patients in their homes or facilities.
• Collaborate in developing and reviewing the Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care.
• Utilize your professional skills to assess and treat speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders.
• Administer and interpret diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments.
• Document and report changes in patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Train patients in using alternative communication systems when necessary.
• Provide guidance to patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required by the company and prepare timely reports.
• Engage in care coordination activities and discharge planning.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Participate in staff development programs and continuing education.
