About the Role :

In this role, you will provide in-person and virtual support at a TurboTax location, empowering customers through comprehensive tax return preparation, advice, and product assistance. Your understanding of each customer’s unique situation is critical to easing their tax-related stress. Whether you're assisting with simple W2s or more complex scenarios like business income and investments, you will be recognized as the go-to expert for your clients.

Additionally, your efforts will help grow TurboTax’s presence in the community, fostering long-lasting relationships and promoting customer loyalty. TurboTax will equip you with the essential tools, playbook, and support necessary for your success.

What You'll Do :

• Provide Tax Expertise : Offer hands-on tax advice and full preparation services, handling a range of situations from simple personal returns to complex tax scenarios. Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and provide future tax planning.
