Job descriptionAnswer incoming calls and emails to assist policyholders with questions about coverage, billing, and claims Process policy changes, renewals, and documentation with attention to accuracy Educate customers on policy details and available insurance products Maintain records in CRM systems and assist with claim follow-ups Deliver professional and courteous service to every client interaction Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (insurance experience preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Proficiency with computers and basic office software High school diploma or equivalent required Medical Dental Vision Short Term Disability Term Life and AD&D Identity Theft Protection Prescription Plan 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan

Customer Service Representative – Insurance

Monday–Friday | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (No weekends required)
Pay :
$16.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
