• 1+ Years of Experience  - Required
• Immediate Open Heart Recovery Experience -  Required ,  preferably 3 years of recent experience
• BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA)  - Required
• TNCC -  Highly Preferred
• NIHSS -  Required
• Must float to all units within skill level  - Required
