JOB DESCRIPTION
We need a dynamic leader for our Director of News and Staff Development to guide our Sinclair Content Centers through rapid industry changes and foster a culture of growth, adaptability, and excellence. This role requires someone who can inspire and develop talent, champion innovation in storytelling and technology, and ensure our teams are equipped to meet the demands of a diverse, multiplatform audience.

Work Location :
This position is an in-office position at our office in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This is a full-time, five-day, in-office position.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
