Your Role

  • Successfully complete in-depth training on sales, service, industry, and be ready to start finding and closing opportunities in the first quarter on the job
  • Perform prospecting activities to create new opportunities
  • Utilize solution selling to close business based on value (not price)
  • Collaborate with a wider team of sales, estimating, operations and technicians to turn opportunities into deals
  • You will earn 3% on all service sales and 1% on all production sales.

  • Their work is split between 70% re-roofing, 25% service works, and 5% new construction. Sectors include manufacturing, healthcare, heavy industrial, airports, and higher education sectors.

  • 3 years’ experience in commercial roofing sales
